Another Easter tutorial! I hope you'll enjoy this one!
Start off with a 12"x12" cardstock. Cut this template on It. (If you own cricut and Scal I've made you a great SVG file to cut, if you don't no worries as I also created a jpeg version. Simply click HERE)
You'll get this shape.
Trace your score lines like indicated in the file.
Be precise because if you aren't the box will be difficult to close.
Now fold your box with your bone folder. You shaped box is now done! All that's left is to decorate. Take some Easter themed paper and cut in triangles. (Me, I cut again with my Cricut, I'm a little bit lazy!)
Adhere them onto your shaped box before assembling the box itself!
Finally, glue your box and fill with candy. (Pink jellybean! So cute!) Close with a matching ribbon.
I also stamped an Easter Bunny and cut it using a Spellbinder.
I painted my little bunny with watercolor pen. I use H20 Pen to dilute my colors.
Now, I must admit I'm often in the dollar store, I always try to find something really inspiring or uncommon that I can put onto my projects. This time I found this little egg crown. It was love at first sight! :)For this project I simply took a branch. Fix all you embelishments togheter until you are satisfied with the result. Voila! Look how cute that is!
That's it for this week stay tuned for part 3! Hugs and kisses!

ReplyDeleteThat is really cute...I have a scrapbooking event next week, and I do believe I will be cutting these out with my cricut, and giving them to all the little sugar junkies at a Easter fling in April.
